Many of us love all things that revolve around Disney fashion but today’s item of discussion may be taking it one step too far. I think this is going to be a love it or leave it fashion trend with very little in between. We are talking about Disney inspired lingerie! Is this Disney inspired lingerie taking it too far?
Do you recognize the inspiration behind this lingerie set? If you guessed Snow White, you would be correct! Snow White’s having a big year between this lingerie and the new Jamberry wraps! I am going to admit that I am very torn about this lingerie. I kind of love it…. but I have a really hard time accepting that a child’s fairy tale is the inspiration behind woman’s lingerie. I am not saying Disney is for children only. Clearly, I do NOT feel this way. Snow White is a child’s fairy tale, though. This is all made by a Japanese company called Felissimo.
When I first looked at this one, I thought it was Cinderella. It is not. It is The Little Mermaid. I guess my eyes are playing tricks on me because I saw blue but it is more aqua. I actually like this design very much. I enjoy the ruffles and the design of the top. I don’t think it would work under something like a tee shirt but it sure would make me feel pretty!
This one is inspired by Little Red Riding Hood. I know that many of us are thinking, “That’s not Disney.” Work with me here. There is a Disney short the involves Little Red Riding Hood and then there is always Into The Woods. I like the bows on the hips but the rest of this look doesn’t appeal to me as much as the other 2.
I am not going to pretend for one second that I understand the sizing but they do ship World Wide! That’s a nice little surprise. What do you think of this Disney inspired lingerie? Is it something you would like? Let us know what you think in the comment box below!

I think that perhaps you should go check out what the original “fairy tales” were actually like. They were not child friendly. In fact The Grimm’s tales (which Snow White is one) are pretty gruesome. I mean the original ends with the Queen being forced to wear red hot shoes and dance until they kill her
