I have been inundated with emails from people wanting to know when the new Beauty and the Beast and It’s A Small World Dooney and Bourke Bags are going to be released. I am going to be honest. No one knows for sure. Disney is being quite elusive with the information. We do know more than when we released the news back in December, though, so let me tell you what we know now!
This Beauty and The Beast print is fantastic! As you can see, there are images of all our fave characters and icons from the film. Belle, the Beast, Cogsworth and even the iconic rose can be seen!! The style of the bag is also a new shape for them. There is also a tote bag style available that we saw on the Instagram of #MinkFlamingos. She is a fellow blogger that was able to go to an event where this bag was previewed. You can read her review HERE. This also makes me wonder what other styles will be available in this print. Word on the street for the release is late summer/early fall. That means we still have a ways to go.
Seriously… this bag is my favorite Dooney and Bourke print of all time. I am in LOVE with the design. I will admit that the ride can drive me crazy from time to time (that song gets in your head and stays there for days) but it was my grandmother’s favorite ride and holds a special place in my heart. This bag has not been seen since they announced it in December 2015. It was not at the preview event and the release date we originally heard was May 2016. With only a couple of days left in the month, I am guessing that date has been postponed. I am going to say this one has a chance to be here at any moment.
