My feelings are really hurt right now. I CANNOT believe Pocahontas was released 3 decades ago! What kind of witchcraft math is that? But alas, it’s true. The movie was released on June 23, 1995. Get ready for all the anniversary merchandise. 30 years of Pocahontas puts its best foot forward with Meeko Plush.
Disney’s Big Feet collection is paws down the absolute most adorable sight! Meeko is the newest member of the big feet club. I’m sure his oversized paws can help this mischievous sidekick get into a lot of trouble! They’re also perfect for snatching John Smith’s biscuits he’s so fond of! It’s great to get more Meeko merch. The only result on the Disney Store website is a different Meeko plush with ironically small feet.
All shenanigans aside, the Meeko plushie does have such a sweet face. With large innocent eyes, he looks right into my heart! You can almost tell how soft he is in these pictures with his lush fur. The left foot sports a special patch. The red leaf reads “Disney’s Pocahontas 30 Years.”
We look forward to the next 3 months in anticipation of what other surprises are just around the river bend.
