Creating the perfect atmosphere for a dinner party is something I live for! Now I can use the new Disney Villains dinnerware to create the devilishly divine dinner party for some of my closest friends!
Ursula (purple), Jafar (yellow), Evil Queen (red) and Maleficent (teal) each have their own place setting just like the Princesses do on their dinnerware collections! I love my Princess dinnerware but sometimes you just want to be bad! This Disney Villains Dinnerware is perfect for moments just like that!
The collection features a mug, soup bowl, salad plate, and dinner plate for each villain. The designs for each villain are really unique, too! You will wish you weren’t going to have to cover the design with food! This is why I leave a tablescape out all the time, to show off the fabulous dishes!
Ursula’s design features her trident, crown, and shell (the ones she uses to hold Ariel’s voice). Look closely and you can see her tentacles as well as her sidekicks, Flotsam and Jetsam. The purple color is stunning and I admit that this is my favorite of the four designs.
Jafar’s design features his serpent self. You can also the Cave of Wonders and the Magic Lamp! I mean, that is what Jafar was obsessed with after all. The yellow is a nice contrast against the other colors in this collection.
Maleficent has an intricate design of thorn filled vines as well as her beloved sidekick, Diablo the raven. The Mistress of Evil is seen in her dragon form and is perfectly evil. The teal color really stands out and, though possibly unexpected, totally works with the design.
The Evil Queen’s design is done in a stunning red which is perfect for the villain known for making poison apples. In fact, the poison apple can be spotted in the design! Her heart box and magic mirror are amongst the symbols found within branches around the perimeter of the dishes. It’s frighteningly fabulous!
