The Festival of the Arts is well underway! If you haven’t been yet, you must make sure to celebrate the art of Thomas Kinkade! There are new pieces that have been released at the festival that you won’t want to miss!
This stunning piece is the follow-up painting to the popular Limited Edition Art Disney Alice in Wonderland, which was published by Thomas Kinkade Studios in 2016. Talk about making us wait a while! I am a huge fan of the tea party and this piece is a must-have for me!
I love that you can see so many of the key elements of the story in this one scene! The White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, wildflowers, the Dormouse, The March Hare, the enigmatic Caterpillar, and Broomdog are all there! Of course, Alice is front and center! You can find this beauty at the Festival of the Arts and online HERE.
If you want to get ready for the 2022 holiday season, this is the piece you want to check out! The description from Thomas Kinkade Studios is as follows:
Mickey Mouse the Train Conductor warmly greets Minnie Mouse as
she prepares to board the Candy Cane Express, and Pluto carries the
gift bag for her. Scrooge looks on as Huey hurries over to help Dewey
bring hot chocolate to Louie, Uncle Donald Duck and Daisy Duck. Goofy
strolls toward the platform to board the train, carefully carrying wrapped
packages across the snow. Morty runs over to help Goofy with plans to
be paid with one of the candy canes in Goofy’s back pocket.
I could try to explain it better but why mess with perfection! All I know is that if I could leave this art up year round, I most definitely would. I love it!
As much as I love the tea party, this is my favorite art released for the Festival of the Arts! If you look closely, you will see that all of our favorite Disney friends are there! Disney Mickey and Minnie in Florida is the 9th painting in the Passport to Adventure series. Other beautiful destinations where the pair and their friends
have been featured include Hawaii, Hollywood, Paris, Ireland, the Alps, the Australian Outback, Greece, and Mexico. I am lucky enough to have 4 of the 9! Looks like I need to add another one to the collection!
Of course, as in previous years, you can have your artwork personalized if you are there at the right time! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Dirk Wunderlich a couple of times and it is always a pleasure to chat with him and watch him work! It’s always a highlight of the festival for me!
If you are wanting to see specific times for personalizing your art, you can see everything HERE. Of course, you can also purchase the art if you are unable to head to the festival, as well!
