D23 Expo 2022 kicked the weekend off with a star-studded Disney Legends Award Ceremony. Held in Hall D23, this event is always a fan favorite! This year’s inductees included Anthony Anderson, Kristen Bell, Chadwick Boseman, Patrick Dempsey, Josh Gad, Jonathan Groff, Idina Menzel, Ellen Pompeo, and Tracee Ellis Ross, and more!

Later in the day, we had the opportunity to see three of this year’s inductees during one of the D23 Expo panels. Tamron Hall hosted a conversation with Doris Hardoon and Chris Montan to talk about their Disney careers, motivations, and lessons they have learned. Of course, in true Disney style, these legends are natural storytellers and shared fond memories of their years with Disney.
