We are so excited for the House of Mouse Expo and we do not have much longer to wait! The Expo kicks off on January 20th, 2023, and we will be there!

The House of Mouse Expo is all about “bringing the magic together under one roof.” It’s a great way for Disney fans and fanatics to get together and celebrate everything we love about this fandom. Plus, with celebrity guests and fabulous panels, it’s just a fun way to spend the weekend! While this expo is not associated with the Disney Company in any way, it is a place for fans to come together and have a magical time with old and new friends from around the world.
Here is the itinerary for the full weekend of the House of Mouse Expo
Friday, January 20, 2023
- Registration/Ticket Booth Opens at 12:00 p.m.
- Expo Begins at 2:30 p.m. for VIP and General Admission at 3:00 p.m.
- Magnolia Room C – Photo Ops, 501st Legion, and Orlando Ghostbusters 2:30 pm
- Expo and all rooms close at 8:00 pm for day
- Social Gathering in pool area for hotel guests only
Saturday, January 21, 2023
- Registration Booth Opens at 9:00 a.m.
- Expo Floor opens to VIP at 9:30 a.m. and General Admission at 10:00 a.m.
- Magnolia A & B Room– Panels begin at 11:00 a.m. (see schedule here)
- Magnolia C – Photo Ops, 501st Legion, and Orlando Ghostbusters 9:30 am
- Expo and all rooms close at 6:00 pm
- After Hours Party begins at 7:00 pm in the Cypress Room
Sunday, January 22, 2023
- Registration Booth Opens at 9:00 a.m.
- Expo Floor opens to VIP at 9:30 a.m. and General Admission at 10:00 a.m.
- Magnolia A & B – Panels begin at 12:00 p.m. (see schedule here)
- Magnolia C – Photo Ops and 501st Legion opens 9:30 a.m.
- Magnolia A & B – Costume Contest will being at 4:00 p.m.
- Vendor Room closes at 5:00 p.m.
- Magnolia A & B – Closing Ceremonies will begin at 5:15 p.m.
Panel Room Schedule
This year, there will only be one panel room so that no panels will overlap. Most panels will run approximately 45 minutes except for the Hocus Pocus Reunion and Pirates of the Caribbean Reunion. I love that there is only one room because that means you don’t have to miss out on a single panel or prioritize one over another!
