I love all types of Disney Jewelry and was beyond excited when I found this D100 RockLove Collection! I can honestly say that I got more and more excited every time I scrolled farther down their page. While looking at the RockLove site, I would say to myself that I wished they had a certain character and then five seconds later I would find that character’s necklace.
The first one is an obvious choice, Mickey Mouse. As he points to himself, I can almost hear him say, “Hi, it’s me Mickey Mouse!” There is so much personality in the charm! I love that it has a relatively simple design, but his pants still shimmer and sparkle because of the cubic zirconia crystals in them.
There is also a Minnie Mouse necklace. Minnie is ready to strut her stuff and show the world that she is a princess as she curtsies for her crowd. I was pleasantly surprised that the gems on this charm are on Minnie’s bow and not on her skirt. It adds just the right amount of shimmer in an unexpected place.
Another classic character represented in the collection is Jiminy Cricket. I just love the design of this piece because it looks like Jiminy Cricket is gracefully floating from your neck. He has a look of pure joy as he leaps in the air. There is even a little piece of cubic zirconia crystal representing his timepiece on his chest.
Just like Jiminy Cricket, Dumbo is ready to soar with you to new heights, from the safety of your neck, of course. His big ears are outstretched on both sides of him and he wears a jeweled hat.
Marie also graces us with her appearance in this collection. She poses gracefully, waiting for her close-up. She has a big cubic zirconia crystal bow and a huge grin. I’m sure that she is thinking that she was born to be on a necklace.
The Tinker Bell necklace shows off a different side of our favorite sprite. She looks calm and peaceful, almost like a dancer. Here Tinker Bell shows off her softer side and has a delicateness that she doesn’t display very often. I totally want to give this to my daughters, if I end up having any.
The next necklace is Winnie the Pooh. Winnie sits down, cradling his belly. He looks very full and content, almost as though he has just eaten a pot of hunny. I love the crystals on this charm because they are yellow and look like hunny, which goes with the overall theme of the necklace.
The final necklace is the Hula Stitch Necklace. This necklace captures Stitch’s fun-loving personality perfectly and I was so happy to see that Stitch was wearing hula gear instead of just being a normal Stitch. He looks happy to be here as he Hulas contently. His crown and skirt are bedazzled and sparkle in the summer sun.
