Disney likes to keep its shoppers in suspense when it comes to merchandise. When something drops at Walt Disney World Resort, will they get the same item in California? What about in Tokyo? Will that item make it to the States? Sometimes they arrive like a stadium doing the wave, one section at a time. Other times (like the Halloween popcorn buckets), merchandise never quite reaches the other side. Right now, we’re saying Cheers for more Ears at the Disney Parks.
The Ears
Purple and Silver strike again. All your favorite characters are all together in a polka-dot dream. These Minnie ears feature a purple background with white polka dots. Each character rests inside a white dot and dark silhouettes of the castle float against the purple background. A shimmery silver bow completes the anniversary ears which retail for $44.99. These have been spotted on BOTH coasts!
Be our Guest at the Belle of the Ball with new Beauty and the Beast inspired ears. Fashioned after Belle’s yellow ball gown, they shine with grace. Color on color yellow flowers peek above plentiful pleats. Pearl beads further add to the grace. What would Belle-themed ears be without the Enchanted Rose? Find it centered on top of yellow and gold sequined bows. As of right now, these are at Disneyland only, to our knowledge.
Now something for the pirate in ya, ARGGGG! Whether channeling Elizabeth Swann or Will Turner, adding these ears will guarantee a Jolly (Roger) good time! A smiling skull and cross bones are found upon a black pirate hat which sits nestled between the ears. Legendary red and white stripes round out the theme. I love the added touch of braided rope along the headband, which further adds to the nautical style. Shout out to Courtney, DisneyPixie21, on IG for the Belle and Pirate Ear pictures.
