If there’s two things I love it’s comics and designer purses! Now Disney has made that combination a reality with Avengers Dooney and Bourke bags for their inaugural runDisney Avengers Super Heroes Half Marathon Weekend taking place November 14–16 at the Disneyland Resort!
Disney Parks Blog revealed that these “super” bags will be making their way to the Avengers runDisney expo weekend. Pictured above is the Satchel with the bright pattern of famous heroic icons. The purses will also come in a cross-body bag and wristlet. I’m pretty mesmerized by the fuchsia Black Widow and Turquoise Thor icons! There will be no pre-orders of these triumphant beauties so use your super speed to get there early.
No runDisney race weekend would be complete with out an array of other theme inspired goodies! Some very snazzy, vintage style apparel will also be hitting the scene. Tanks, tees, hoodies and other novelty items featuring classic comic book styles of our favorite heroes and heroins will be available with catchy sayings like “Assembled To Run” and “Impressed … Of Course You Are”. These vintage styled tees will be a great piece with a new Avengers Dooney, and a sleek pair of heels, can you tell I’m planning outfits already?
Other merchandise available at the expo includes runner’s hats, magnets, window clings, and a special a medal spinner pin (pictures above) as well as the pre-purchased race pins. Stay tuned for more looks at the new Avengers runDisney event merchandise as it’s released.
