I know we haven’t even reached Halloween yet, but I’m already ready for the holidays! Now, with the 2024 Disneyland Holiday Merchandise Preview, I cannot wait to trade in my harvest styles for holiday styles! While this preview is specific to Disneyland Resort, I am sure that we will see at least a few similar styles at Walt Disney World this year.
Are you ready for some holiday cheer at the beginning of the school year? I am! Let’s make some hot cocoa, pretend it’s not 90 degrees outside, and get in the holiday spirit.
2024 Disneyland Holiday Merchandise Preview
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort runs November 15, 2024, through January 6, 2025. In my Disney loving household, going to the parks during the holiday season is such an important tradition. We all look forward to seeing the decorations, tasting the treats, and of course, shopping for the new merchandise. It looks like this year, there is plenty of new merchandise to covet!
Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail
From November 22, 2024, through January 1, 2025, the Chip and Dale’s Ornament Trail pursuit will debut at Downtown Disney District, where you can search for special ornaments hidden among the holiday trees and shining lights adorning the district.
You’ll be able to purchase an activity map at select shopping locations in Downtown Disney and the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort and redeem it for a collectible holiday keepsake at World of Disney or Disney’s Pin Traders. I definitely need all four of these ornaments, so it looks like I’ll be purchasing four of these maps!
Holiday Tumbler
The food and drink offerings at the Disney Parks are always enticing, but there is something extra magical about holiday treats! Among the food, snacks, and beverages, you’ll be able to find the Holiday stainless steel tumbler at select locations.
Festive Apparel and Accessories
When it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas, it’s time to dress the part! There are so many options in the new collection and this Christmas loving fashionista wants them all! Let’s take a look at each piece.
First, deck the halls with Mickey Christmas lights in the holiday Spirit Jersey. Lights in the shape of Mickey shine in gold, white, and red and the Disneyland logo on the front shines in metallic gold. I’m willing to bet the Disneyland logo across the back is in that same metallic color. If you look closely at the man’s wrist in the photo from above, you might just spot a sneak peek at a new holiday MagicBand+ as well!
In the middle of the photo from above, there are a few different things to look at. First, the red pullover is a must-have for my collection. Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse trim the tree in classic and vintage style. Here, we can also see a red and green holiday Loungefly Mini Backpack and a matching pair of Minnie Mouse ears. Both of these pair perfectly with the Spirit Jersey if you want one cohesive and matching look.
Finally, we can see warm and cozy sherpa style zip-up that will be so snuggly once the weather starts to get chilly. The all-over Santa Mickey print is classic and perfect for any holiday outing!
If you’re looking for some classic holiday red, you’ve come to the right spot! This year, a red tie-dye Spirit Jersey will make its way to Disneyland Resort (and probably Walt Disney World too). To continue with the red theme, a red sequin Loungefly Mini Backpack and red sequin ears will help you sparkle and shine.
This next collection is really speaking to my Christmas loving soul! If you want to add some cuddly vibes to your holiday look, the mint green zip-up might be calling your name. This all-over print (with matching mouse ears!) has a little bit of everything. It’s a snowman, wearing a Santa hat, with Mickey ears! I don’t think it gets much more holiday magic than that!
Disney Festival of Holidays
The welcoming and vibrant Disney Festival of Holidays returns to Disney California Adventure, highlighting a diverse season of celebrations in Southern California with a wide range of flavorful food and beverages, a variety of live entertainment and more. You’ll also discover this year’s Disney California Adventure Festival of Holidays merchandise collection, which can be found at Merchandise Marketplace and Elias & Co. in Disney California Adventure.
I love that this year’s Festival of the Holidays collection features both a Spirit Jersey (we are up to three now for the Disneyland Holiday season, in case you’re keeping count), and a long sleeve t-shirt. The designs and colors on both of these styles are as vibrant as the festival!
