If I could pick a favorite genre of books, it would have to be biographies. The book gets extra points if it tells a Disney-related tale. While I love to get the behind-the-scenes scoop on Walt, I also love learning more about anyone who helped create the Disney Empire. I can’t wait to read The Story of Bob Iger. It’s something a little different, which makes it even more intriguing.

This book, which you can find here, gives us the inside scoop on all things Bob Iger. It begins from his early years and then travels through time as Bob does things like join Disney, help buy Pixar, and eventually start Disney+. The book talks about all of Bob Iger’s magical life. Fans wouldn’t have it any other way.

In addition to being an interesting read, this book is also inspiring. Anyone who is interested in becoming a leader one day or currently serves in a leadership position could benefit from the information that this book contains. Bob Iger has a very calm and kind leadership style. I am excited to learn from him and to pass some of his knowledge to the other members of the Admin team at my school.
