I still get tearful when I think of the news that Beautifully Disney cosmetics were being discontinued. It’s been quite a while since that news and we have seen many awesome makeup collabs since then. You can imagine my surprise (and delight) when I walked into Anna and Elsa’s Boutique at Downtown Disney in California and spotted the Frozen Beautifully Disney makeup! I had to know if it had made a comeback!
Anna and Elsa’s Boutique is basically the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique with the Frozen twist. There is only one and it is at Downtown Disney in California. This would explain why I haven’t seen this Frozen Beautifully Collection! I don’t get to California nearly enough.
There is an eye shadow palette with some lovely colors that are aptly named, of course. It brought back so many memories of the different collections I still have pieces of to this day.
They still have the mini nail polishes and the rollerball eye shadow set!
Even the mini lipsticks were available!
Now, we covered this collection when it was released back in the Fall of 2014. What we didn’t know is that it is still being made. It turns out that this particular collection from Beautifully Disney was kept purely for the Anna and Elsa Boutique! I checked with the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and they did not have this or any other Beautifully Disney Collection.
I tell you this all because it really took me by surprise and I know a lot of people loved this particular collection. No, Beautifully Disney is not making a return. I was told this by a few different cast members. No one could explain how they are managing to keep this particular collection in stock almost 3 years later, when Beautifully Disney was discontinued in general, but does it really matter?
