The Disney Store has begun it’s transformation into shopDisney! The new re-branded prototype stores are currently in California, and have some new goodies we haven’t seen before. Like these sleek Peter Pan Dooney & Bourke Purses!
These are very classic silhouettes, with black and white contrasts. The all over print features sketch designs of Peter, Wendy, Tink and more! The non repeating print features Peter Pan flying, with stars and the quote “Never grow up!”
These were spotted thanks to a video tour of the new prototype stores in California by Inside the Magic. I love the very classic and chic feel to these designs, and I think they are quite fitting for the theme, when it comes to the silhouettes. We’ve seen Tinkerbell Dooney & Bourke, but this is a first for a full Peter Pan theme!
I do, however, wish there were some notes of color in this design. Where is the green Peter Pan is known for? What about the lovely blue color of Wendy’s dress? I feel like the black and white may not do this pattern justice. It was perfect for Pirates of the Caribbean but I’m not sure I am feeling it here.
