The monorail is something that many Disney addicts consider to be it’s own attraction. I have heard of people riding the monorail to Epcot and back to the Ticket and Transportation Center just because they love it. I have even heard that people have gotten married on the monorail (without Disney’s knowledge, of course). This is a serious love of the monorail! I am a fan of the skater style. I like a good flowy skirt or dress. The wide waist band is super flattering. This particular skirt isn’t just a cute skater skirt but it has the most perfect vinyl monorail design. The silver is actually metallic and looks reflective… like the windows! The skirt also comes in multiple colors. Did I mention the colors are the colors of the actual monorails?! There are 12 colors of monorails. he current colors are: Peach, Teal, Red, Coral, Orange, Gold, Yellow, Lime, Green, Blue, Silver, Black. Eight of these colors are options for skirt colors! I chose red because it also reminded me of Mickey and Minnie.
I have worn a lot of Disney fashions from small businesses but I have to tell you that the quality of this monorail inspired skater skirt is exceptional. It is a thicker fabric than most, 90% polyester and 10% spandex. The stitching is well done and there is even a sewn in tag in the back. I was super impressed when it arrived.
