I feel like I have hit the Disney fashion lottery over the past week or so! With all the Disney releases at Target and the Coach outlet Minnie Mouse release today you would think that would be it. Wrong! 2016 brought us a Disney Americana Dooney and Bourke bag but a new year brings us a new pattern and silhouettes!
We found these bags at Ever After Co yesterday and the sign said coming soon. We even posted on IG yesterday. Well, they weren’t there Saturday and it turns out soon is actually today! Can you believe it?
There are 3 silhouettes in this new collection of Americana Dooney and Bourke bags. There is even a crossbody with a silhouette that we haven’t seen before in the Disney realm. These bags are not leather or coated cotton or nylon. They are straight up cloth. Just an FYI.
The tote bag design is following the recent trend of the Dream Big Princess Collections with a large print on the largest bag and then a different, smaller print on the other silhouettes. I actually really like this. The larger print is super patriotic and fun but the smaller print is straight up Mickey in red, white and blue. TBH, this is still Americana but it’s not as overt as the last American collection in 2016.
