I know that there are many new designs for Disney Dooney and Bourke bags and they seem to be released quite frequently. I am usually in the know. When I was on my Disney Cruise last week, I was super surprised to find a Disney Dooney and Bourke design that had hit the stands… and I didn’t know about it!

I will admit that I was not a huge fan of the last DCL print that was released. It was white, not leather and had the DCL log on it. I didn’t buy it. I bought this one. According to Lorraine, one of the fabulous cast members that works at White Caps on the Disney Dream, this print was released on the DVC member cruise almost a month ago now and there were people lined up outside the store waiting for it to open so they could get theirs! I would most definitely be one of those people!!

Let’s discuss this print. It is a blue hue, but unlike one that I have seen them use in the past. It’s almost a cornflower blue. The design consists of more vintage style images of sailing away mixed with Mickey Mouse in a vintage sailing logo. It also includes the DCL logo on it and anchors with Mickey heads on the top, similar to the necklace I showed you that I bought from the Sophia Fiori collection. The trim is tan in color and really compliments the bag.
There are 3 different styles of bags as seen above. The prices are seen with the individual pictures. I heard there was also a wristlet but I do not have confirmation of that. You can only get these Disney Dooney and Bourke bags on the cruise ships, at this time. I have not known Disney to make them available at the Disney Store online but that’s not to say it couldn’t happen in the future. For now, they are much to new a design to see them anywhere but on the ships.
