I am so excited for the opening of Disney’s Riviera Resort tomorrow! I will be there for the official grand opening to share all of the fun with you but I am also staying there for two nights so I can really let you know what it’s like. To get us in the mood and spirit of the opening here is a taste of some of the merchandise!
Let me just start by saying that I need a second suitcase because the 2 things I am sharing with you WILL be coming home with me. Let me start with these stunning Ears! OMG! They have a real Lilly Pulitzer feel to them and anyone that knows me knows that she is one of my favorite designers.
The Ears themselves are sparkly, gold sequins and that is already enough to make me happy. The bow and the sides of the band have this delightful pattern in coral and blue. The center is an R for the name of the resort. All of this combined together has created one of my favorite pair of Ears Disney has released. I’m in love!
Can we talk about this Loungefly? Mickey and Minnie are taking on the Riviera by storm on this delightful Loungefly mini backpack. The colors go perfectly with the Ears, as well. I am going out on a limb here but if this is what the rest of the merchandise looks like, I am going to go broke. I need it all.
What you have to understand about me is that I adore the Riviera. In fact, my goal is to move to the south of France when I retire (with a direct train to Disneyland Paris, of course). I cannot wait to check out the rest of the merchandise and the resort this week. Stay tuned for all the fun!
