Alex and Ani are back at it! Now, they’re serving up all of our D23 needs. When seeing the new designs headed to Disney Parks in person, at the D23 Expo 2017, I fell in love even harder… and may have bought one (Michelle definitely did).
As always, the beauty comes in both silver and gold finishes.
Of all the Disney parks, Epcot is my favorite and thus I may have to score my very first (!!!!) Alex and Ani bracelet and charm this weekend to mark the 35th anniversary of Epcot.
A navy D23 and red Oswald charm. Oswald, the Lucky Rabbit as been an icon since 1927, marking the *oldest* of the anniversaries – the 90th!
What we did not spot was the silver “Lucky Rabbit” charm that was advertised.
It’s the 30th anniversary of Star Tours marked by the Harveys bags and this alluring charm. Pirates of the Caribbean celebrates 50 years and is right en pointe with the latest Pirates film release.
Not pictured but spotted amongst the D23 finds: the Space Mountain charm. It was really hard to get a good picture of this one because of the reflections in the store. If you watch the video of the Dream Store walk through on the FB page, you will be able to get a closer look at all of these. Space Mountain celebrates its 40th anniversary. I will never forget being terrified of the dark during this ride when I was 8, at Disney World for my first time. For that memory, Space Mountain will forever be one of my favorite Disney World rides.
These charms will soon be made available at Disney Parks and potentially online after D23 Expo. Just not quite yet…..
