As we reported not long ago, several Alex and Ani styles will be retiring from the Disney line. We now know that these bracelets will officially start to be discontinued on May 2. In their place, new 3-D slider charm bracelets will become available, along with more from the “Words Are Powerful” series! I love this series!
More Disney royalty is expected in new styles. The slider bracelets arrive May 30 and the new bangles will debut in the summer. The sliders will be available at $39.95 plus tax in silver and gold finishes. I adore the slider design! It’s something new to add to my stack-able Alex and Ani designs I already have.
The retiring bracelets are the Disney princess charm bangles and the same style featuring Tinker Bell. Ariel, Aurora, Snow White, Anna and Elsa, Belle, Cinderella, Rapunzel, and our favorite fairy will no longer be sold anywhere in the Disney parks or online. They can be found at Elias & Co. in Disney California Adventure, Fortuosity Shop in Disneyland, Disney Vault 28 and World of Disney in Downtown Disney District at the California property. In Florida, they are sold at Discovery Trading Company in Animal Kingdom, Keystone Clothiers in Hollywood Studios, Mouse Gear at Epcot, Emporium in Magic Kingdom, Bayview Gifts at the Contemporary Resort, and Tren-D and World of Disney located in Disney Springs. You should also check the Disney Store website to take advantage of the 3 for $99 deal we posted about.
