Move over Rainbow Unicorn, Bing Bong has arrived! The new collection features Riley’s imaginary friend as a very whimsical mini backpack and also a wallet! Can you believe it has already been five years since Inside Out made its debut?
There are just so many details to this bag, it’s like spinning around and around in a candy store! A lot of different textures and layers were used to recreate the beloved Bing Bong look. His cotton candy body has been recreated with a faux fluff, for a soft and cozy feel. His clothing is also fashioned out of the vegan faux leather we’ve come to know and love from Loungefly with die-cut pieces. Plus there is even a button sewn on to complete the checkered vest.
Even the back has little nods to Bing Bong! The adjustable straps actually look like his striped legs!
The finishing touch for the backpack is a lining that says Bing Bong’s Candy tears, and also has lots of well, CANDY!
The coordinating wallet also features appliques that create Bing Bong’s delightful smile! His face is stitched upon a fun purple striped background.
The other side of the wallet showcases his checkered vest and rainbow lapel flower. Plus there is also a hint of the Bing Bong’s candy tears lining inside as well!
