Any true fashionista is always looking for a way to celebrate the holidays in true Disney fashion. We know about Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party but what if we don’t want the parades and shows? That’s what Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar at Disney Springs is for!
Jock Lindsey will be turning his hangar into Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar complete with over-the-top décor and a limited-time menu filled with festive food and craft cocktails that will be sure to get you in the holiday spirit on November 29th!
Upon entering the Holiday Bar, you’ll notice the decorations are everywhere and feature an array of gifts, lights, and little holiday nods to his love for aviation. I am already picturing what to wear! I am thinking Ugly Christmas sweaters would be appreciated or perhaps holiday shirts would be better with the weather. Of course, this fashionista will most likely wear a holiday dress from The Dress Shop!
Let’s talk food! Any good Instagram loving fashionista can appreciate good tasting food that also leads to awesome Instagram pics. There are many to choose from on this holiday menu! Whether you prefer sweet or savory, this holiday-inspired menu has it all. All these dishes are perfect for sharing with friends and family so you can give everything a try.
Above you will find the Holiday Caprese Wreath: Vine ripe tomatoes, heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and balsamic glaze. That’s a great way to start off a meal!
C9 Light Deviled Eggs: Colored eggs with shrimp and tobiko caviar. I wish I could try this one but I am allergic to shrimp (insert sad face here).
Ugly “Sweeter” Bread: Cinnamon smear brioche and egg nog icing adorned with holiday light decorations. This is definitely one for me! Of course, if you decide to wear an Ugly Christmas sweater to the hangar bar, the pics would be epic!
Jingle Bell Pops and a Cinnamon Martini are what I plan to snag when I go. These are picture perfect and I have no doubt my taste buds will be singing too!
This probably has you wondering about drinks (why wouldn’t you wonder?).
Cinnamon Bells: Knob Creek, Fireball, Frangelico, Cinnamon simple syrup, creamer garnished with a gold sugar rim.
Santa Hat Mojito: Bacardi, grenadine, mint leaves, simple syrup, lemon lime foam garnished with a candy cane.
White Christmas Margarita: Rumchata, Malibu, Sauza Tequila, lime and white cranberry juices garnished with whole cranberries and a green sugar rim.
Jock’s Holiday Nog: Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Frangelico, Rumchata, vanilla creamer, garnished with a red sugar rim.
Jock’s Holiday Bar will be serving up festive spirits and holiday magic through January 5, 2020 so add it to your Walt Disney World Resort must-do list. There is so much to do at Disney Springs, this is the perfect place to stop and refuel!
What strikes your fancy from the above list at Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar? Let us know what you are dying to try!
