Trivia time! Name two things Disney and Vans have in common. Did you guess they both were started by brothers? You have the first part right! If your second answer is they both have ties to Anaheim, California, you scored 100%! Vans originally started in Anaheim as The Van Doren Rubber Company by brothers Paul and James Van Doren along with Gordon C. Lee. As you know, Walt and Roy Disney created Disney Brothers Studio in Hollywood, CA. They chose Anaheim as the location for Disney’s first park, Disneyland. What great creative teams! Check out the New Disney Vans Collection.
Walk through any high school and you’ll find the halls filled with Vans clothing. They are the primary shoe choice of my teenage daughters. Combine Van and Disney, you have a best seller on your hands. Check out (Check…get it?) the red collection above. It consists of a red hoodie, a flat bill hat, three short sleeve T-shirts, and a sling backpack. The coordinating merchandise is perfect to mix and match along with your favorite kicks.
This next grouping contains a bucket hat, hoodie and T-shirt. Notice how the sleeve of the hoodie and the bucket hat both contain images of our favorite rides and attractions!
