I was chatting with the lovely women that work at the Macy’s at Mall At Millenia and I learned about an event that is taking place this Friday and Saturday. This is an event that you will not want to miss if you don’t have to. You may recall that I shared why you should go to Macy’s, when in Orlando, in a previous article. This just solidifies my reasons! You will not want to miss the Princess Beauty Bash at Macy’s at the Mall at Millenia!!!
Consider the Princess Beauty Bash to be the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for adults! I was jealous of my step daughter last week, being treated like a princess at the BBB and now I can have my chance! What does this Princess Beauty Bash entail? Basically, all of our favorite cosmetic counters are going to be doing a complimentary makeover! Bobbi Brown, Clarins, Clinique, Dior, Elizabeth Arden, Estee Lauder, Impulse Beauty, Lancome, MAC, Shiseido and Urban Decay are all participating!
If you book an appointment for this complimentary makeover, you will also receive complimentary hairstyling from Cielo (apparently this is if you spend $50 in cosmetics)! The princess part comes in here… they will do Princess hairstyles! Cinderella and Elsa were mentioned but I am sure they can do any of your favorite princesses!! Isn’t that insane?
That’s not it, either. There will be raffle baskets from your favorite brands, you will receive gifts with any purchases you make (not necessary for the makeover) and, with any booked appointment and $50 purchase, a complimentary hairstyle (I had to mention it twice). Refreshments, music and enchanting beauty tips will be shared, at this incredible event!
Let me put this in perspective for you. If you don’t have a vehicle, you can grab uber (cheaper than a cab), and head over with a group of friends. It doesn’t cost much more than $20 ( I just did it) and that would be substantially cheaper than going to any salon at Disney to get dolled up for a night out! The whole Princess beauty bash is complimentary!! There will even be water and candy for those “little” princesses who may want some blush and lipstick to go with their tiara (if you decide to share the experience with your little ones).
The event takes place this Friday and Saturday, January 29th and 30th, at Macy’s at the Mall at Millenia. The number to call for appointments is 407-264-2300 and tell them Disney Fashionista sent you. I doubt there will be much room for walk ups so I would definitely call and set up an appointment.
