As if there wasn’t already tons of amazing food at EPCOT with the fabulous festivals, Connections Eatery will also be opening this spring, and I can’t wait!
This amazing new dining location will be a unique experience showcasing cultures from around the world! It is a fast-casual quick-service restaurant where you can see the chefs in action making masterpieces ranging from designing delicious desserts and crafting savory pizzas! The Disney Parks Blog has shared a preview of the menu and my mouth is watering just looking at these pictures!
There is a French Bistro Burger featuring caramelized onions, bacon, and brie, a Southwestern Burger featuring roasted chipotle corn salsa and guacamole spread, a Vietnamese-inspired Banh Mi Burger and a Greek-Inspired Mediterranean Burger!
If burgers aren’t your thing, you can grab a French-inspired Niçoise-Style Salad featuring potatoes, white and green beans, olives, and a Dijon vinaigrette or a Chinese-inspired General Tso Chicken Salad featuring broccoli slaw, red bell pepper, mandarin oranges, and crispy wontons!
Don’t forget about the pizza I mentioned earlier! You can grab a classic like the Meatball Pizza or a more unique option like the Curry Spice Pizza that is topped with carrots, potato, peas, and a plant-based lime yogurt!
Picky eaters will have options like Grilled Chicken Bao, Chicken Nuggets Basket, or a Cheeseburger!
Remember how I mentioned desserts? You can enjoy a Liege Waffle made with brioche yeast dough that is stuffed with pearl sugar and topped with more tasty treats!
I can’t forget about one of my favorite parts of any meal–the drinks! For the shake enthusiast, there is a Mango-Coconut Milk Shake topped with pomegranate molasses drizzle and an Apple Pie Gelato Shake that will satisfy your sweet tooth!
There are also lighter beverages like the non-alcoholic Watermelon-Mint Agua Fresca and the Cucumber and Thai Basil Cooler for those 21 and up!
As an added bonus, Connections Eatery will also be the new home of Starbucks at EPCOT! Since this location will be themed, it will fit right in!
