Disney Afternoon Dooney Collection Is Coming Soon!

Have you noticed that the 90s seem to be making a comeback? There are new Disney clothing lines with serious 90s vibes and an anniversary castle makeover that has people divided-the castle cake, anyone?  And, the flashback fun continues with the brand new Disney Afternoon Dooney Collection and we have a sneak peek to share!

The Disney Afternoon Dooney Collection will come in three silhouettes (that we know of) and feature characters from all your favorite cartoons including Chip n’ Dale Rescue Rangers, Talespin, DuckTales, Goof Troop, Darkwing Duck, and Adventures of the Gummi Bears. The background is a lovely dark blue color and also has some very 90s-esque geometric shapes. Like most Dooney and Bourke bags, placement will be a major factor and you might need to search through a few bags in order to find one with your favorite characters. 

Wallet

The zip wallet is on the larger side and includes a removable handle strap so that it can double as a wristlet. I spy Baloo from Talespin, Launchpad McQuack from Darkwing Duck, Chip and Dale from Rescue Rangers, Zummi Gummi from Adventures of the Gummi Bears, and Gizmoduck from DuckTales. 

Satchel

The roomy satchel has two handles as well as a removable crossbody strap. I love the outside zip pocket for keeping stuff safe but easily accessible! Because this bag is much larger than the wallet, there are many more characters on it! In addition to the ones mentioned above, I also see Scrooge McDuck from DuckTales, King Louie From Talespin, Goofy and Pete Junior from Goof Troop, and Sunni Gummi from Adventures of the Gummi Bears. 

Crossbody

The crossbody would be my choice and appears to be a flap style. There are a few characters on this bag that aren’t on the other two silhouettes including Tummi Gummi from Adventures of the Gummi Bears, Webby Vanderquack from DuckTales,  and Monterey Jack from Chip n’ Dale Rescue Rangers.  

As of right now, we don’t have a release date or prices. We do know this is part of the artist series, though! We promise to keep you up to date on the release date when we know!

UPDATE-We have a release date! June 2nd will be the day this collection makes its appearance!
