I am still looking for fun new Disney decor for my new house. We have a fireplace with this wonderful mantle and I am trying to decide how to decorate it. Then I found today’s Disney discovery. I know that it is just one item for the mantle but it sure will allot me to build and amazing theme around this fabulous centerpiece! Today’s Disney discovery is the Disney Traditions Jaq and Gus “A Stitch In Time” clock by Jim Shore!
I don’t know why I start thinking in Jaq’s voice when I look at this clock but I do. With the live action Cinderella being released next month, this clock seems even more timely. I feel like Jim Shore has done it again with this timeless piece. The front of the clock has that well known Jim shore type graphic that we all love. It reminds me of an antique mantle clock but with a Disney twist. The Disney twist is Jaq and Gus, of course! I love that Gus’ pants are in the Jim Shore design as well. The face of the clock has the numbers clearly marked which will be nice when I am sitting on my couch and wondering what time it is. I think this piece is positively perfect for my living room.
