We’ve gotten into the winter blue season. The nights are long and dark, especially now that the December holiday season is over. Up in Northern New York, we get a lot of snow at this time of year, and it usually ends up turning brown with all of the sand and salt. Because of that, we need to make sure that we fill our lives with lots of color. My Mom used to spray the snow with different colored food coloring to make it stand out. If you don’t feel like doing that, another great idea is to decorate the inside of your home.
