For many people, the new year means new beginnings and fresh starts. We all have resolutions and goals for the New Year. This year, I’d like to travel a little more. I’d also like to try to do things that, for whatever reason, I haven’t done before. One goal that I have had in the past was to start a garden. Unfortunately for the plants that I have adopted, that hasn’t gone well. This year, I am going to try out this Mickey Planter with Faux Plant. That way, I won’t feel badly when my plants die before Valentine’s Day and I can still get the feeling of relaxation that I get from a plant all year through.
The planter, found here, gives off very tranquil vibes. I think that is because of the neutral colors and the simple Mickey head pattern that goes all around the planter. There is something very calming about repetition. With just one look at the planter, I am suddenly just a little bit calmer.

It can be used in so many different settings, either at home or even in your office. Because of the neutral colors, it easily matches with multiple color schemes and room decors. You also don’t need a window because the faux plant won’t die, even if there is no light in the room that you are in.
Finally, if you are feeling really adventurous, you could always remove the faux plant and replace it with a real plant.
