My day was utterly made the other day while running errands. This was even before the calendar struck August, mind you.
I was moesy’ing about, running errands when I saw a vacant retail space with an advertisement for – prepare yourselves, fashionistas – A HALLOWEEN SHOP COMING IN SEPTEMBER.
I’ve told you once, twice, thrice before that Halloween is the ultimate for me. I plan my next year’s costume on Nov. 1.
Seeing this advertisement made my day… scratch that, ENTIRE YEAR! Further, I stopped over to Michael’s to grab a few craft odds and ends and not only were they starting to stock shelves with Halloween goods, they were stocking CHRISTMAS.
It’s never too early to plan ahead, if you ask me, so this one’s to Halloween, fashionistas.
Today’s Disney Discovery is the Nightmare Before Christmas Sally Dress.
This stretchy cotton dress is an all stitched up patchwork Sally pattern, featuring the haunting black swirls of Nightmare Before Christmas, stripes, crosshatches and circles, and her color palette of teal, yellow, and lavender.
