With Mother’s Day AND Father’s Day coming up in the next couple of months, I thought it might be fun to find something that could be given to either mom or dad. It’s not super easy to do, I admit. I was quite pleased with one thing I stumbled upon and, though it is a reproduction of an original, I think any die hard Disney addict would appreciate it. Today’s Disney discovery is a Pedre Unisex Reproduction of the Original 1933 Mickey Mouse Watch.
Let’s start with the incredible detail on this watch. Remember that this is a replica of a watch created in 1933, so Mickey has more of his original feel. This is really evident in the sculpted Mickey Mouse on the band. I love how the face is also different than what you would usually see, with Mickey’s legs all wonky and his arms spinning around. The second “hand” is especially unique as it almost appears like a Mickey Mouse running in one of those little hamster wheels. He’s chasing himself. It’s super fun.
This Mickey Mouse watch is a unique piece of art. It is meant to be unisex and clearly could be worn by anyone. This Mickey Mouse watch is $65 with free shipping.
