It’s the most wonderful time of the year! No, we are not talking about the holiday season. While the holidays are great, we fashionistas also look forward to Rock the Dot Day (National Polka Dot Day). This Polka Dot Dress is at the top of our list of outfit ideas for this year’s celebration.
