People have gone crazy for the new Disney Pandora charms released the beginning of this week. In fact, people were so in love with this new collection that, rumor has it, Disney sold out of 6 months worth of stock in just 3 days! The Disneystore.com sold out of many of the popular charms quickly as well. Now Walt Disney World is holding a special Pandora Showcase at Marketplace Co-op (one of my very favorite stores at Downtown Disney) in Cherry Tree Lane this coming weekend, November 7-8!
The showcase events will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. each day. You may remember reading about the Pandora collection for Disney in recent articles we’ve posted. This event will be offering the 16 Parks-exclusive items, including the Parks-exclusive bracelet which is engraved with the castle logo. The 25 charms designed for the Disney Pandora Collection, which can be purchased at Pandora stores throughout North America and on the Disneystore.com will also be available! This is a big deal to have everything all in one place and it will apparently just be for this event. There will be a limit, however, of 3 charms per style per person.
Perhaps one of the most exciting things about this event is that you will be able to meet Brenda Green, the stylist for PANDORA Americas. Brenda joined the Pandora family in 2009 and has since helped shape the identity of PANDORA Americas through her innovative approach to jewelry styling, according to Disney parks Blog. Brenda, and other Pandora representatives, will be present from 10:00am to 10:00pm each day of the event to help guests create the Disney charm bracelets of their dreams.
