Being bad never looked so good! Besame Cosmetics has something wicked up their sleeve. Their new Disney Villains Made for Mayhem Collection will launch this Friday, September 9th at D23 Expo. Just in time for some frightful fun this Halloween season, this collection is sure to delight every beauty loving fashionista.
Get ready to fall in with the wrong crowd when you wear these Disney Villain inspired products. Looking at the promo picture Besame Cosmetics posted on Instagram, we can see that there are more than a few new products being released.
First, we have to talk about the eyeshadow palette. In my opinion, whenever you have a makeup collection launch, the star of the show is always the eyeshadow palette! It’s the product that I’m always drawn to, and I think a good palette defines a collection. This palette does not disappoint! Featuring a few warm neutrals, plenty of shimmer and sparkle, and some big punches of color – this palette offers so many different opportunities for creating new looks.
Sitting in front of the eye shadow palette is a statement ring. I’m not sure yet whether this is a prop, a new piece of jewelry from the collection, or if it’s hiding something like lip balm inside. I need to find out more about this one! Also hiding down below is a bottle of Essence of Llama. Again, I’m not sure if this is a prop or a product. However, if this is a product – I will be buying it! I just love Yzma!
Next, I am dying to find out what is in Ursula’s shell necklace. My guess is either highlighter or blush. I will definitely be waiting in line to find out at D23 Expo this weekend! I also cannot wait to find out which three new lipstick shades are hiding under those pretty caps. Based on the packaging design, it looks like we can expect inspiration from the Evil Queen, Maleficent, and Ursula.
Finally, towering above all the other items are three nail polishes. Again, these are inspired by the Evil Queen, Maleficent, and Ursula. I love how each nail polish bottle is shaped slightly differently to show off each villain’s unique style.
