If you loved the last Disney x Columbia collection, get ready to fall head over heels all over again! Disney and Columbia Sportwear have teamed up to create a special-edition collection of fleece, rainwear, and accessories. The Mickey’s Outdoor Club Collection is sure to bring a smile to anyone!
Disney x Columbia Sportswear’s Mickey’s Outdoor Club Collection
Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast or just love to gaze at the scenery from the comfort of a cozy chair, this collection has it all! What makes this collection so special is the fabulous artwork! Several pieces are inspired by Disney artist and legend Floyd Gottfredson. Gottfredson drew the Mickey comic strip from 1930-1975.
The iconic characters in this collection including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and Chip ‘n Dale can be seen enjoying the outdoors on a camping trip. We love the way the characters are shown and how their individual personalities shine through the designs.
The collection also features thoughtful details in the designs such as the stowable “mouse ears” and internal artwork in the rain jacket, in addition to a Mickey’s Outdoor Club patch on the jackets and ball cap. Among the special touches reflected in the collection, you’ll find Mickey Mouse head silhouettes thoughtfully placed throughout some of the pieces.
So, when can you get your hands on the new collection? That’s a great question, thank you for asking! Members of Columbia’s loyalty program (Columbia Greater Rewards) will have an opportunity to shop the collection early starting 9 a.m. PDT on Sept. 23.
All fans can get adventure ready with their favorite Disney characters starting at 9 a.m. PDT on Sept. 25 at www.columbia.com/Disney and at select Columbia-branded retail locations when doors open that day. Select pieces from the collection will also be available at DisneyStore.com.
