The Disney Fashionista family is already super excited about all the recent news from Disney Cruise Line. Now, with DisneyBand+ coming to Disney Cruise Line in summer 2023, we are packing our bags and planning our next sailings!
We are already thrilled to celebrate Disney Cruise Line’s 25th anniversary this year! The Silver Sailings are already set to feature an exciting array of new, themed offerings. Now, Disney has announced that the popular MagicBand+ technology used at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort will start to make its way to Disney Cruise Line. This roll-out will begin with a preview opportunity on select Disney Wish sailings before it officially debuts.
In terms of terminology, Disney Cruise Line is calling this wearable technology DisneyBand+. However, from what we know, it is the same exact technology and device as the MagicBand+ we all know and love. What we do not know yet is if the bands you currently have from the parks will work with the ships. We will have to wait to learn more!
