I am in full on pre-wedding planning mode. Am I engaged? Well, not yet, but it’s coming! A Disney girl always dreams about her Disney wedding and what her pictures will look like, if she’s blessed enough to have her pictures taken at Disney Parks. Disney’s Fair Tale Weddings & Honeymoons and Weddingbells Magazine have crawled inside my head and created a photo shoot that I literally drooled over. I knew I had to share with all the other Disney fans out there who feel and dream the way I do.
I made the assumption that many of the dresses, if not all, would be from the Alfred Angelo Collection for Disney. I was mistaken. I have studied that collection inside out (for planning purposes) and, from what I can tell, there is only one! That means there are many different designers and designs of dresses in the photos I am going to share. I loved many of the photo ideas portrayed, as I assumed most of them would involve the castle or characters. I clearly made a lot of assumptions! I was pleasantly surprised at the variety!
I started with this photo because I know many princess brides that dream of having Cinderella’s Carriage at their wedding. I didn’t really need to have it at my wedding but I am thinking I definitely need to have it at my photo shoot!
It’s the Alfred Angelo Elsa dress! I know people went crazy over this dress when It was revealed last fall from Alfred Angelo’s Disney Collection 2015. I, myself, have 3 others in that collection that I am currently narrowing down. I like this photo because it’s more about the dress than the background. I also love that the color of the building pulls out the blue hue of this dress. Stunning.
I am in love with this photo. I am always trying to figure out a way to get balloons while I am Disney, and not look completely juvenile. This picture would allow me to capture that moment forever in a very special way. I am clearly loving the Mickey ears, as well. The look of pure joy and innocence on the bride’s face make this my absolute favorite shot.
It’s Mickey and Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, all in one photo! That’s one way to knock out the most expected backgrounds… in one photo. Perhaps you can tell, but I am all about the different Disney photos and not necessarily the most expected. Those are necessary, of course, but I love the more whimsical Disney notes. This is still a very special picture.
This one is fabulous and probably not for the reason you may think. I LOVE the shoes! Everyone is busy looking at the stunning bride and the fun pose and I thought “Wow! Those shoes really pop in this picture!” I plan to have either a dress or shoes that pop and this one makes me realize I can make it happen.
Now, there are many other pictures from the photo shoot but I don’t want to steal all the thunder from Weddingbells Magazine. You can see the rest of the photo shoot HERE. I am hoping to share some of my pictures in the future but, for now, these are the pictures I will dream of. Do you dream of a Disney Wedding and photo shoot? Where would your dream pictures be taken? Let us know in the comment box below!
