There are so many exciting “tree-ts” coming soon to help celebrate Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s 25th Anniversary on April 22nd, and the Disney Parks Blog just released some info about them!
First up, we have to talk about the merchandise! An anniversary collection will be available starting April 21st at Island Mercantile, Discovery Trading Company, and Mombasa Marketplace that includes adorable clothing items like a Spirit Jersey featuring Kevin and the words “More Adventure Is Out There” along with the anniversary logo!
You can also pick up a fabulous patterned pocket tee featuring plenty of plants along with animals like elephants, giraffes, and tigers, Characters like Mickey, Kevin, Dory, and Nemo, and other park personalities like a dinosaur and what I believe is a yeti along with the anniversary logo. Every time I look at this tee I see something new!
Button-up fans will love this tie front button-up top featuring the anniversary logo along with plenty of plants and animals and this tiger striped button-up featuring stripes, animals like elephants, rhinos, and tigers hidden in the stripes, and the anniversary logo!
Accessories include a fabulous anniversary tumbler, an adorable anniversary bucket hat, and even an anniversary Loungefly backpack that looks like the perfect piece for an adventure!
We already talked about the fabulous Earth Month treats, but there are also delicious choices that will be available only on April 22nd including the Colossal Elephant Roll and the 25th Anniversary Alive With Magic Cupcake! You can even try a 25th Anniversary Dessert Platter at Tiffins Restaurant and a 25th Anniversary Earth Tart at Tusker House Restaurant!
There will also be in-park experiences, including fun new Disney PhotoPass photo ops beginning April 16th that include special props, Magic Shots, and more! You can even head to The Animation Experience at Conservation Station to draw Characters like Dumbo, Trek, Crush, Bruce, Tigger, and Simba or pick up a special Wilderness Explorer Badge by completing a limited-time nature challenge!
