Dooney and Bourke’s the Answer

We’ve all heard the riddle “What’s black and white and red all over?” Now you finally know! Dooney and Bourke’s the answer! ShopDisney just announced its newest release which arrives August 21st.

It is uncertain at this time what silhouettes will be available in this collection. The original picture displays the popular tote bag, which is always a crowd pleaser. I’d love to see a satchel and crossbody in this print as well.

The bag design features black and white cartoon sketches of Mickey Mouse. The doodles are reminiscent of old timey comic strips. We find him flying an airplane and blowing steam from his ears. Of course, his infamous profile and signature stance is also depicted.

The tote handle is elegantly done in a contrasting red leather strap and leather Dooney hang tag. The Dooney placard is also placed on a red background to further draw together the color palette. I’m willing to bet the interior lining is also done in red. What do you think?

En esta ocasión el patrón tiene a Mickey en distintas situaciones y lugares, todo como si estuviera dibujado a mano sobre la bolsa y cuenta con acentos de piel en un increíble tono rojo que hacía un buen tiempo no veíamos. Todavía no hay más detalles de qué tipos de siluetas estarán disponibles pero en cuanto lo sepamos se los contaremos.
