As if we were not already super excited to sail on the Disney Wish, today we have sweet news! Joyful Sweets, a new Inside Out themed sweet shop, will delight guests and help them build core memories aboard the Disney Wish.
This new family experience is a colorful and flavorful world waiting to be explored! Both your emotions and your taste buds will take control as you experience new sugary creations and desserts.
Step into the control center of Riley’s mind, a.ka. the Headquarters, when you enter the Joyful Sweets shop. Filled with decadent desserts, larger than life sculptures of emotions, and Inside Out inspired merchandise, this location is a must-see on the new ship! There is even a glowing Memory Orb light fixture in the store that I’m dying to see in person.
Bright colors, emotions, and Memory Orbs are at the heart of this new experience. However, you can actually eat these Memory Orbs! Filled with a surprise candy, these treats are sure to delight guests of all ages. There will also be more than 40 different flavors of gelato and ice cream available! I wonder if I could possibly have time to taste them all?
Finally, the last sneak peak is a look at the “Inside Out” cupcake line! From a fiery red velvet cupcake inspired by Anger to a sweet lemon cupcake inspired by Joy, there’s something for everyone. I can also spot Sadness, Disgust, and Fear hiding in the background! I wonder what flavors will be used to bring those emotions to life. Any guesses?!
Joyful Sweets will be open on the Disney Wish and Disney Fashionista will be there to share all the incredible new desserts and merchandise with you when the ship sets sail in July!
