A new season means new Disney fashion collections. I know I’m not the only one with is already sick of winter and looking forward to Spring. And this there is something to be extra excited about coming up next season. Madewell is launching a new Spring collection that features Mickey Mouse!
Madewell is known for their jeans, but they also have so many options when it comes to casual and effortless fashion. For Spring 2018, they’ve chosen a very famous partner to help add a bit of Disney magic to their looks. Mickey Mouse will be featured on both a sweatshirt and t-shirt in the new line.
The photo above shows a first look at the Mickey Mouse sweatshirt. I like the vintage look of the design and the sweatshirt looks casual, comfortable, and effortless. I love wearing simple sweatshirts like this because you can really do so much to change it up. Pair it with a pair of shorts and sandals (shown above) for a casual day exploring the Disney Parks or your local Farmer’s Market. Change into some dark wash skinny jeans and red high heels for a fashionable brunch look. Or, add a red skirt and black tights for an unexpected edgier vibe.
According to Madewell’s head designer, Joyce Lee, the new Spring collection is inspired by warm weather destinations. I don’t know about you, but my favorite warm weather destination is Walt Disney World in sunny Orlando, Florida. Wouldn’t you love to explore Disney Springs wearing this?
