Orange Bird paraphernalia greeted guests at Creations and other park stores today as the International Flower and Garden Festival opened. A mega collection of items filled the shelves featuring the charming mascot who has enjoyed a resurgence in popularity in the past few years. From cups to clothes keep reading to discover how the Festival Brings Grove of Orange Bird Merchandise.
Festival Spirit Jersey
The official Festival Spirit Jersey features a single orange on the front of the greenish tie-dye top. The reverse side declares “The Official Florida Orange Bird” across the top. Below he can be found amid gardening tools and pottery.
Festival Loungeflys
Besides the popular Orange Bird Lug Bag, there was an official festival Loungefly mini backpack. Light green with orange trim, the front pocket is created out of a terra cotta pot with a moveable Orange Bird applique. Position him any way you want! The background all over print features seed packets, garden tools, and more. The backpack straps are part orange and the other half yellow with oranges printed on them. This is a fun variation.
Loungefly also designed the coordinating ears for this year’s festival. The ears have the same pattern as the bag and feature an orange bow centered with a charm featuring Orange Bird. If ears aren’t your thing, make sure to grab the retro baseball hat!
Festival Clothing
In addition to the Spirit Jersey, choose from three other Festival themed shirts. The ladies’ peach top features icons from the world showcase down one side and Orange Bird in the middle waving. White blossoms flutter across the shirt. The other T-shirt option utilizes the same artwork found on the bottom of the spirit jersey on a short sleeve white t-shirt. Lastly, a button-down off-white top that featured multiple leaves in varying patterns along with Orange Bird in various poses. The print is very similar to the Dooney. This shirt flew off the shelves and was seen on many guests throughout the day!
From Tervis tumblers to kitchen aprons, several items for the kitchen! The salt and pepper shaker trash cans are always a huge hit. There’s even a mug with a juicer on top. That’s so creative! The Tervis tumbler features the phrase “The Original Florida Orange Bird” in the shape of an orange on a clear cup.
Festival Pins
Whereas there are 9 pins total for the festival, only two of them feature Orange Bird. We’ll have a separate article for you showing all the great designs. The third picture above displays Orange Bird on the box; however they are mystery pin sets. We saw many guests out and about today trading and collecting, enjoying the mystery sets!
Do you see what I mean when I said this was a mega collection? Whew! Almost done! How about an adorable plushie? Both the Storybook ornament and the planter feature Orange Bird sitting in a pot with the festival title across the front. He’s so cute, just chillaxin’. There’s also a really cool lantern with battery-operated tea light which creates fun patterns from the cut-out shapes on the side walls. Lastly, a MagicBand+ with gorgeous artwork.
