Food and art lovers rejoice! The festival dates were announced for when Epcot promotes visual and performing arts along with multi-cultural cuisine. Disney Parks Blogs Announced this week the dates of the Epcot Festival of the Arts. It promised to be a time to find inspiration and discover your creativity in entertaining activities throughout the park.
Interactive
Shortly after the holidays, the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts begins January 13th and runs through Feb. 20, 2023. Artwork created by over 100 Disney and guest artists is exhibited during the festival. Find Interactive art stations set up to allow guests to get their creative on. Want to try your hand at drawing a Disney character? Step over to Animation Academy for that opportunity. At Expression Section, there will be a Paint by Number Mural, allowing guest to try their hand at artwork. An always-popular scavenger hunt will take you around the Showcase and help Figment learn more about art. This is a great learning opportunity for your family.
Culinary
Disney knows we love our food, and they always step up in both flavor and delivery. The Festival of the Arts plans on 16 food studios with all new art-inspired menus. As the above picture proves, they’re almost too pretty to eat. This year two new food studios will be joining the list of favorites. Located near Test Track will be Moderne which specializes in unorthodox menu items. Figment’s Inspiration Station at the Odyssey: Art, Food, and Little Sparks of Magic is the next new Food Studio. That’s a tasty mouthful to say!
Music
Much like the Food and Wine Festival, you’ll find the night air filled with sweet melodious sounds of performing artists. The Disney on Broadway Concert series will take place at America Garden Theater. We will keep you posted on the entertainers as we learn more.
