Being a Full Time Villain is Hard Work. Ease the Pain With This Rice-Flax Seed Therapeutic Bag

By Monica V | Updated on October 20, 2017

As a full time Disney Villain, I tend to get sore necks from casting spells and looking down on my minions. After all, it’s incredibly hard work to stay looking fabulous and evil at all times.

Okay, so I’m not actually a Disney Villain, but when I have any kind of muscle ache, I sure act like one! This rice and flax seed heating/cooling bag is perfect for easing the tension and relaxing sore muscles.

This heating/cooling bag is great for all kinds of pains and aches. Use for growing pains, tummy aches, muscle pain, migraines, joint pains, PMS, arthritis, or just to keep you warm or cool. With so many different uses, I’m amazed that I have not stumbled upon these before!

And just check out the awesome Disney inspired pattern! Each side of the bag is a different Disney Villains print – one purple, and one pink. How can you not help but feel a little bit better when you have these strong women staring back at you? These bags are 21 inches long and 9 inches wide, which is the perfect size for isolating different muscle groups.

To warm your bag, place it in the microwave for 1-3 minutes. Since microwaves vary so much, start at 1 minute and work your way up if you want more heat. When freezing your bag, place it in a plastic bag so that the smell from the freezer doesn’t attach to it. I don’t know about you, but I DO NOT find the smell of old chicken therapeutic!

Your heating/cooling bag can also be infused with either lavender, eucalyptus, jasmine, or rose. For me, lavender is my ultimate relaxation scent. As soon as I catch a whiff, my mind starts to relax and my shoulders feel less tense. Are you ready to kick back and relax with the Disney Villains? Head over to SerenityJourneyCraft on Etsy to check out this awesome heating and cooling therapeutic bag.
