If I had to pick just one, Beauty and the Beast is probably my all-time favorite Disney movie. I love the songs, I love the story, and most of all, I love the characters. Mrs. Potts and Chip have always been two of my favorite characters and we don’t often see a lot of products representing them. I think the Enchanted Rose gets more love and attention than poor Mrs. Potts! But this shirt has me feeling all kinds of nostalgia. Mrs. Potts and Chip are prominently features in a playful pose.
This long sleeve shirt is the perfect addition to any Disney fan’s wardrobe or closet. The long sleeves are great for the cool weather of winter and early spring, while the lightweight material won’t be too hot once the days start to warm up. I personally love the simplicity of a white shirt. I think it cleans looks and polished, which Mrs. Potts would definitely approve of! But the light color does tend to show spots if you are a little clumsy with your food and drinks (like me). If you’re worried about dripping some Grey Stuff on your brand new shirt, there are other more forgiving colors available as well.
With these options, you really can’t go wrong with whatever color you choose! You can even choose which color you would like Mrs. Potts and Chips to be done in. I think the purple shirt with the white design would look particularly nice.
If you are ready to add to your Disney wardrobe and show some love for Mrs. Potts and Chip, head over to DesignITSouth on Etsy to check it out. Is there an under-represented character that you would like to see more of? Let me know in the comment section below.
