Target is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Empire Strikes Back with Funko! To celebrate they have launched adorable Funko Star Wars Backpacks, and Futura Star Wars Pops. Obviously we’re all about the super cute backpacks.
These sold out pretty much instantly online, but there are still some available in stores! We found the Yoda one, and some others have found the Cloud City one. These are mini backpacks, kind of similar to the Loungefly style we all know and love. These are very affordable though, at around $13.00 a backpack, that is just incredible!
While we didn’t find the Cloud City one in store Rachel Collins from Loungefly Support Group was kind enough to share pictures of it with us! This one is totally my favorite of the two, and I can see why it’s the hardest of the two to find! It depicts the Millenium Falcon taking off, with Cloud City disappearing over the horizon.
The Yoda bag is a bright blue, with pink and yellow Yoda faces! It is also adorned with iconic Yoda quotes. I love this bag too, it has a very fun 90s vibe to it. These bags are great if you’re looking for a Star Wars backpack, but want to stay on budget!
