Last Christmas I took my daughter to see a local dance studio perform the Nutcracker. If you’re unfamiliar with the storyline, it’s about a young girl who befriends a nutcracker that comes to life on Christmas Eve and wages a battle against the evil Mouse King. From the young 5 year olds to the older teens, it was pure entertainment. The music was emotional, the costumes full of vibrant color and the children beautiful.
