Many of us like to dress up for Halloween, tis the season, after all! People tend to look at the random, pop up Halloween shops for their ideal costume or, if you are looking for a Disney themed costume, the Disney Store is the place to go. I discovered that may not be the best place. You can get the most fashionable Disney Halloween costumes from Kohl’s!!!
I will tell you, before we get in to what’s available, that there are currently no adult sized Halloween costumes available on the Disney Store online. That just limited your choices. I understand that it is only mid September but people prepare early for Halloween!!
If you want to dress up as the epitome of evil, then a Disney Villain is what you need. I am loving both the Maleficent, Evil Queen and the Queen of Hearts costumes. I do find Maleficent to be one step above the Evil Queen in the evil department so she would be my choice.
If you dream of being a Princess, if only for one night, then perhaps one of the Princess costumes are right for you! I think these are all lovely and, depending on what kind of party you are going to, one of these would work perfectly. I will say that I love that these aren’t the super revealing kind of costume that are quite typical for adults to wear at Halloween. I think these look much more fashionable and classier…. but that’s my opinion.
If you aren’t looking to go as a standard Disney character, perhaps Sulley or Pocahontas is more your style. I LOVE the shoes paired with the Pocahontas costume. They really transcend this look into fashion. On the other hand, the Sulley costume would be super comfortable!
These looks are for that quirky fashionista… I may or may not be one of them. The Mad Hatter costume is beyond adorable! I love the entire look. Of course, Nightmare Before Christmas is super popular this time of year and this costume is on point!
There are so many costumes to choose from, I don’t even know where to start. In fact, I might want a couple because they are currently on sale!! That’s right, who can resist a sale! These costumes are starting in the mid $50 range, on sale, which is much cheaper than the Disney Store usually is. This sale at Kohls couldn’t be coming at a better time!
