As with any festival at Epcot, the 2024 International Food and Wine Festival is Getting Figgy with It. The beloved purple dragon is the unofficial spokesman for all things Epcot. It’s easy to see why he’s a crowd favorite. Check out all the festival merch featuring Figment!
The official Food and Wine Loungefly is a veritable party on a bag. Join Figment as he dons his apron and chef’s hat to cater a healthy lunch for friends. On this 90 degree day, I’d happily sip some of that lemonade! With the bright starbursts of orange and yellow upon the purple bag, the colors feed your hungry eyes. You can find the same foliage and burst of color on the side pocket, along with the festival title on the rear of the bag.
Loungefly also artfully designed matching ears to the backpack. The ears and headband feature a light purple design on darker background highlighting Figment, hearts and “foodie.” Additionally, each ear boasts an applique of the dragon again preparing food and laying back to nosh on some grapes. The removeable bow contrasts with red, orange and yellow rays centered in the middle with a charm.
As you’ve learned by now the artwork of Figgy sautéing his veggies is a repeating theme in the merch. The dark purple spirit jersey offers this design on the back of the Spirit Jersey as well as an updated image of Spaceship Earth on the front. The bright colors continue on a short-sleeved tie-dye t-shirt. This design has such a retro throwback to it, and I’m here for it! The last apparel item in the Figment collection is the Spice of Life tee. Our culinary friend gives a proverbial chefs kiss to the statement “Imagination is the Spice of Life.” I truly love the juxtaposition of the purple with the melon color.
For all of you saying you don’t need another mug, look how adorable he is though! Seriously, how do you say no to that sweet face? Next is the Corkcicle Canteen which is the perfect bag to throw in your backpack or park bag. My favorite cup of the brand, this screw top lid prevents spilling and fits perfectly at water filling stations around the park! With the Tervis Tumbler and lunch tote, you can bring your own fun to Figment’s picnic!
