I love gardening. It was something that was passed down to me from my Papa and has always stuck with me. We start early and plant inside so that we will be all set for the short summer growing season. I have to admit that I didn’t get my Papa’s green thumb. But it is still fun to try and there is no better feeling than when something actually does grow. Now you can add a little more magic to your home garden with these Disney Pocket Plants. Best of all, because these aren’t real plants, they are nearly impossible to mess up.
The first pocket plant figure is Pinocchio. Here we see our favorite puppet pal sitting under a large plant. A drop of water is falling from the leaf as Pinocchio tries to catch it. His little feet dangle from the edge of the planter.
Next up is Dumbo. Here we see our little elephant friend prancing around a cactus with a tiny red watering can in his trunk. His little yellow hat matches the yellow flowers on the cactus. He looks so proud of himself as he tends to his garden.
There is even the Chip and Dale Strawberry Special Edition set. This set has both Chip and Dale so you don’t have to decide which one you want, you get them both! Chip and Dale’s personalities also really shine through on both of these figures. I love Dale’s garden sign especially because it is so true. I have tried to grow strawberries in the past and when I have the chipmunks have always taste tested little bits of my strawberries, but left a huge chunk of strawberry that will go to waist. The expression on Dale’s face as he sips the juice from the strawberry is also hilarious. Chip, on the other hand is just as friendly as ever as he offers up one of his own strawberries to people as they pass by his garden.
Finally, there is also a set of six statues. This set has the Pinocchio and Dumbo figures as well as four new collectable figures. The first new figure is the Baymax figure. Baymax just looks so innocent and lovable as he tightly grips onto one of the strawberries. Although we saw them in an earlier set, Chip and Dale are back, but in slightly different poses. Here we see them both under mushrooms. Like Pinocchio, they are also catching raindrops. Dale’s face is very expressive here as well as he looks out in awe at the rain while clutching a precious acorn. The final new item is the Figaro figure. Here, Figaro acts like a playful young kitten as he appears to sway and play on the tiny succulent on the statue.
These Disney Pocket Plants are all out now for preorder on the Entertainment Earth website. While we can all preorder them now, we will have to patiently await their arrival in October 2024.
